Well, it has been a crazy last couple of weeks. Beng went into the hospital to have his pump that he just got put in taken out. He has to have it replaced every 5 years. It got a really bad infection and they had to remove it. He ended up going into septic shock from the infection and then went through withdrawals from the meds that were in his pump for the last 5 years. He had that put in 5 years ago and has done wonders for him. It sure makes his life a whole lot easier. Not so much spasticity in his legs. So when they removed it they did not give him enough oral medication and he ended up going through sever withdrawals from it. It was the scariest thing that I have ever had to deal with minus when he was injured. He was put on a ventilator for a few days and we almost lost him once again. I think I have been put to the test enough. I pray that I don't have to go through another one. He is getting better now and doing his IV antibiotics at home. Awesome. Its nice that they can do that now. That would have made for another 2 weeks in the hospital. I had to drive all the way to Tacoma the long way to because the hood canal bridge is closed until the middle of June. It took me 3 1/2 hours to get there and 3 1/2 to get home. Trying to balance being a mother and a wife was very hard this time. I wanted to be there for for him so that he wouldn't be alone when he woke up from the ventilator but then I had to be home for the kids because they needed there mom. Was a big pain, but I pulled through. Anyways, kids are great now that we are both home and things are looking up for Beng. We just have to get these spasms under control and we will be set. No more pumps. He is way to scared. Thanks to everyone who prayed for us and thanks for all your good thoughts. It helped. Love you all. Oh Andrew had his senior prom. He looked so handsom. Im posting a picture.. Wen TA TA
